Users must:

Misrepresentation of identity may result in immediate account termination.

3. Appropriate Content

You agree NOT to post, share, or transmit:

• Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
• Violent, threatening, or defamatory material
• Content that promotes illegal activities
• Images or messages involving minors

Content violations will lead to removal and account action.

4. Zero Tolerance for Harassment

The platform has zero tolerance for:

• Stalking or repeated unwanted messages
• Sexual harassment or explicit requests
• Blackmail, extortion, or intimidation

Users engaging in such behavior may be reported to law enforcement under applicable Indian laws.

5. Financial & Fraud Protection

Users must not:

• Ask for money, gifts, or financial assistance
• Conduct scams or fraudulent activities
• Share payment details or solicit investments

Any financial exploitation will result in permanent banning.

6. Privacy & Personal Safety

• Respect other users’ privacy at all times
• Do not share screenshots, photos, or personal information of others without consent
• Avoid pressuring anyone to share contact details

Privacy violations are taken seriously and may result in legal action.

7. Platform Misuse

Users must not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes

Such actions may lead to permanent suspension and legal consequences.

8. Compliance with Law

Users must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Indian Penal Code, and other relevant regulations while using the platform.

9. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report:

• Inappropriate behavior
• Fake profiles
• Policy violations

Reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken.

10. Enforcement & Penalties

Arab Wings Technology Private Limited reserves the right to:

• Issue warnings
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Remove content
• Cooperate with law enforcement

Decisions taken by the Company are final and binding.
